Processing Times

• Orders placed before 11AM (AEST) on a business day are processed the same day

• Orders placed after 11AM (AEST) on a business day are processed the following business day

• Orders placed after 11AM (AEST) on a Friday are processed the following Monday

During peak periods (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping

Delivery timeframes (from dispatch):

• Express: 1–3 business days

• Standard: 2–8 business days

Most parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL). Once a parcel has been dispatched, ATL cannot be changed to a signature-required service. If a request to change is made, this may delay shipment. Once marked as delivered to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer.
